What are coaching and mentoring?
Coaching and mentoring overlap, but they serve distinct and complementary purposes.
Coaching supports individuals navigating change, challenge, or growth by helping them think clearly, reflect, and move forward with purpose. It’s forward focused and grounded in structured conversation.
Mentoring draws on experience. It’s a collaborative relationship offering insight, guidance, and practical support in response to specific goals, decisions, or transitions.
Whether through group coaching or one-to-one mentoring, I tailor the approach to reflect your people, your culture, and the situations they’re working through.

Where mentoring is appropriate, I draw on over a decade of experience across business leadership, finance, operations, and change. I offer perspectives, guidance, and challenge where needed, always supporting the individual’s own thinking and decisions.

Why work with me?
I bring both formal qualifications and practical experience to coaching and mentoring.
I hold a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, alongside an APMG Change Management Practitioner certification. But more than that, I bring lived experience working through challenges, making difficult decisions, and supporting change in practice.

That combination shapes how I work; with empathy, pragmatism, and a clear focus on what's realistic and achievable for each person.​
