Empowering Growth
Through Coaching and Mentoring
Whether you're guiding a team through challenges, leading change or developing your own leadership path, growth can, and should be, both personal and professional.

Though the journey is rarely linear, with the right support, individuals gain clarity, build resilience and deepen their skills, creating meaningful momentum.

My approach to coaching and mentoring is calm, structured, and tailored. I work with people at all levels, from emerging talent to senior leaders, to help them move forward with confidence.
What is coaching and mentoring?
While coaching and mentoring overlap, they serve distinct but complementary purposes.
-
Coaching supports individuals navigating change, challenge, or growth by unlocking their own potential through structured questioning, reflection, and goal setting. It’s forward focused and empowering.
-
Mentoring draws on experience. It’s a collaborative relationship offering insight, guidance, and practical support in response to specific goals, decisions, or transitions.
Whether through group coaching, or one-to-one mentoring, I tailor the approach to reflect your people, your culture, and the changes or challenges they’re working through.

Who I work with
I work with people navigating complexity, transition, or growth, including:
-
Professionals stepping into leadership or taking on new responsibilities.
-
Team members adjusting to restructuring, change, or evolving expectations.
-
Individuals facing performance challenges, burnout, or confidence dips.
-
Business owners leading change whilst balancing personal growth and business demands.
-
Colleagues seeking clarity, direction or focus in a shifting business landscape.
My Approach - Focused, Supportive, Realistic

Meeting people where they are
People and their journeys are unique and coaching or mentoring should reflect that individuality. I begin by understanding each person’s context, challenges, and aspirations. Whether sessions are standalone or part of a wider programme, the support is always personal, not generic.
Creating practical, personal progress
Together, we identify meaningful goals and break them into manageable steps. The focus is on sustainable progress, whether that's building decision-making confidence, improving communication, navigating team dynamics, or something else entirely.

Supporting with experience
Where mentoring is appropriate, I draw on over a decade of experience in business leadership, finance, operations, and change. I offer insights, alternative perspectives, and reflective support, always in service of the individual’s development and decision-making.

Building confidence and capability
Coaching and mentoring aren’t just about overcoming today’s challenge. They’re about equipping people with the mindset, tools, and self-awareness to navigate the future. Each session builds on the last to increase clarity, capability, and confidence.

Why coaching and mentoring matter
Personal and professional growth strengthens individuals, which strengthens your collaborative team, which strengthens your whole business. By investing constructive time in your people through structured, thoughtful support, you create a culture of resilience, empowerment, and ongoing development.

Why work with me?
I bring both qualifications and experience to coaching and mentoring.
I hold a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, combined with my APMG Change Management Practitioner Certification. But more than that, I bring lived experience, in life and in work, built from the ground up.

I’ve made the mistakes, asked the hard questions, and explored the many paths growth can take. That personal and professional journey shapes how I support others - with empathy, pragmatism, and a deep respect for each person’s unique situation.

My coaching and mentoring are grounded in real life, real business, and real progress.
