When a business needs to adapt as it grows, changes, or comes under pressure. When the cause of a problem is not obvious, or when a process, system, control or way of working needs improving, I work with business owners and their teams to understand what is really going on.
I don't stop at departmental boundaries.
With 25 years' experience in hands-on finance, from transactional work through to senior Finance Manager and Financial-Controller level roles, working with Managing Directors, alongside extensive experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement and change management, I work at senior level while also getting into the day-to-day detail.
If the issue sits in the financial records, the workflow, the controls, the systems or the day-to-day process, I work at whatever level is needed to sort it out.
I don’t just tell you what needs doing. If you need help putting it right, I do that too.
