I work with business owners and their teams to understand what is really going on when the cause of a problem is not obvious, when a process, system, control or way of working needs improving or when the business needs to adapt as it grows, changes or comes under pressure.
That means working at a senior level while also getting into the day-to-day detail.
If the issue sits in the financial records, the workflow, the controls or the day-to-day process, I work at whatever level is needed to sort it out.
I don’t just tell you what needs doing. If you need help putting it right, I do that too.
